About Charmian
Hello, I’m Charmian – an ICF Accredited Coach based in Hampshire, UK.
I empower people to become the best version of themselves by finding new perspectives on life after cancer, to live the life they want.
As a dedicated coach and yoga teacher in Alton, Hampshire, I support people adjusting to life after cancer so they find what they need to thrive .
I am a high achiever who has had a successful, albeit unconventional, career but experienced stress and burnout and subsequently some life changing health challenges.
The transformative power of coaching and yoga helped me to turn my life around after cancer and I went on to gain the skills and qualifications so that I can offer you the same life-changing experiences.
How I Can Help

Yoga
Yoga is for every body, all ages and all abilities because movement is medicine. Practising yoga regularly is great for helping us achieve balance physically and mentally and supporting our overall wellbeing. I offer mat-based classes and accessible chair yoga.

Life Coaching
Coaching is conversations about you, free from judgement and working towards the version of you that you want to be. As a coach I am passionate about empowering men and women to be the best version of themselves and helping them to make lasting, transformative changes to their lives through unpacking what's getting in the way.

Yoga for cancer
Yoga has many therapeutic benefits for those impacted by cancer. I have attended specialist training to guide a gentle physical practice to regain mobility, strength and improve lymphatic flow. Yoga can help you to feel calmer and more grounded, improve your energy levels and your quality of sleep.
