There’s something no one tells you about finishing cancer treatment.

The cancer diagnosis hits – and suddenly, you’re caught in the pull of something bigger than you.

You’re lifted, held, supported.

🌊 A powerful wave rises beneath you.
Its power is overwhelming, yes – but it holds you.

You’re carried by the rhythm of appointments, tests, treatment.
Supported by your healthcare team.
Supported by friends, family, colleagues who check in, send messages.

There’s structure.
There’s purpose.
You feel the strength of the wave beneath you.
You trust it to take you where you need to go.
You ride it.

And then treatment ends.

The wave crashes onto the shore throwing you onto the sand.
You watch it withdraw.
Gone as quickly as it appeared.

You’re left standing on a wide, empty beach.

The support that held you disappears almost instantly.
No more calls. No more routines. No more team.

Just… space.

The beach is quiet.
You feel ragged, scruffy, disorientated.
You look around, you’re alone.
Nothing looks familiar.

You can’t see a way off the beach.
A few paths are around but you don’t know which to take.
Some look familiar, others lead to the unknown.

One path is signed ‘𝘕𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘭 𝘓𝘪𝘧𝘦’ yet when you look at it, the path looks different now.

If this is where you’ve found yourself – you are not alone, not really.
Because I’m here to walk along the beach with you.

A friendly face, a supportive voice to help you decide which path to take next.

To walk alongside you until you feel safe, supported and ready to move
forward with purpose, knowing where you’re going.

Does this resonate with where you are after cancer?
✨Then my 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿 is for you.
1️⃣ One hour.
✋🏻 To pause.
👀 Look around.
👣 Explore the paths.
🚶 Then move in the direction that feels right for you.

I’m here on the beach, ready to walk alongside you.
